Job summary

INCATech LLC is seeking a Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support high‑impact analyses and written products for government customers. The role requires deep DoD/IC experience, proficiency with multi-INT data, and strong briefing skills.

Base work locations include Reston, VA or Charlottesville, VA, with an active Top-Secret clearance and CI poly readiness. Responsibilities include producing all-source intelligence assessments, briefing senior stakeholders, and leveraging tools like

Qualifications

• At least 10 years experience with research and intelligence analysis.
• At least 10 years knowledge of DoD and Intelligence Community environments.
• At least 10 years ICD-203 and 206 tradecraft standards.
• At least 10 years demonstrated experience writing all source intelligence products.
• At least 10 years demonstrated experience with IC tools and databases.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of the intelligence life cycle.
• Communicate effectively in writing and in briefings.
• Interact with government customers and military personnel.
• Work within DoD, IC, or Combatant Command environments.
• Support strategic decision-making within the IC or Combatant Commands.
• Identify information gaps and develop requirements to answer priority intelligence requirements.
• Synthesize Multi-INT data into products (SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT).
• Utilize link analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook.

INCATech is in search of a Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst matching the following:

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of intelligence life cycle
• Excellent communication skills, writing, and briefing
• Knowledge interacting with government customers and military personnel
• Knowledge of the DoD, IC, or Combatant Command environments
• Experience supporting strategic decision-making within the IC or in Combatant Command environments
• Ability to identify information gaps and develop requirements to answer priority intelligence requirements
• Experience synthesizing Multi-INT data into products, including SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, and OSINT
• Experience with link analysis tools like Analyst Notebook

Requirements

• At least 10 years experience with research and intelligence analysis
• At least 10 years knowledge of DoD and Intelligence Community environments

• Ability to draft intelligence products, assessments, and briefings

Master’s degree in: Intelligence Studies, or International Relations OR six (6) years of military experience in a related field
