Job summary

INCATech LLC is seeking a Mid Level Geospatial Intelligence Analyst to join our team supporting DoD/IC environments. The role requires active Top-Secret clearance with SCI possibility and CI Poly readiness, and work locations in Reston, VA or Charlottesville, VA.

Responsibilities include mapping with ArcGIS Pro and QGIS, producing cartographic products from Multi-INT data, coordinating with government customers, and automating workflows with Python.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of geospatial data analysis experience.
• Imagery exploitation experience is required.
• Experience applying ICD-203/206 tradecraft standards to geospatial products.
• Strong ability to generate geospatial visualizations for senior decision-makers.
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary intelligence teams to integrate GEOINT.

MID LEVEL GEOSPATIAL INTELLIGENCE ANALYST

Work Location: either Joint Base Anacostia-Bowling, Reston, VA or Charlottesville, VA

Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret clearance with intent to receive SCI and willingness to take CI Poly.

INCATech is in search of a Mid Level Geospatial Intelligence Analyst matching the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Excellent communication skills, writing, and briefing
• Experience using industry-standard platforms (e.g., ArcGIS Pro, QGIS) for map creation, editing, and data management
• Experience creating cartographic products with multi-INT data
• Knowledge interacting with government customers and military personnel
• Knowledge of the DoD, IC, or Combatant Command environments
• Proficiency in Python (ArcPy) for automating geospatial workflows
• Understanding of military geography and how terrain impacts operational planning and movement
• Experience supporting strategic decision-making within the IC or in Combatant Command environments
• Ability to identify information gaps and develop requirements to answer priority intelligence requirements
• Experience synthesizing Multi-INT data into products, including SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, and OSINT
• Experience with link analysis tools like Analyst Notebook

REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of experience analyzing geospatial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• At least 5 years of experience with imagery exploitation and interpreting satellite imagery to support intelligence requirements
• At least 5 years of experience applying ICD-203 and 206 tradecraft standards to geospatial products
• Demonstrated experience conducting spatial pattern analysis and generating high-quality geospatial visualizations for senior decision-makers
• Proven track record of collaborating with multi-disciplinary intelligence teams to integrate GEOINT into broader analytical assessments
• Experience with DoD/IC remote sensing tools and techniques to extract intelligence
• Master’s degree in: Geographic Information Systems, Geography or Geospatial SystemOR 6 years of military experience in a related field
