Job summary

INCATech is seeking a highly experienced Geospatial Analyst to support national security programs in Reston/Charlottesville. The role requires advanced GIS analysis, data integration across GEOINT disciplines, and collaboration with DoD/IC customers.

Candidates must hold an active Top-Secret clearance with intent to receive SCI and willingness to take CI Poly. Responsibilities include creating geospatial products with ArcGIS Pro and QGIS, performing imagery analysis, and delivering briefings to

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience analyzing geospatial data.
• 10 years of imagery exploitation and interpreting satellite imagery.
• 10 years applying ICD-203 and ICD-206 tradecraft to geospatial products.
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary intelligence teams to integrate GEOINT.
• Knowledge of DoD/IC remote sensing tools and techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in GIS/Geography/Geospatial Systems or 6 years military equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively, write clearly, and brief senior leaders.
• Use ArcGIS Pro and QGIS to create, edit, and manage geospatial data.
• Produce cartographic products with multi-INT data.
• Interact with government customers and military personnel.
• Understand DoD, IC, or Combatant Command environments.
• Automate workflows with Python (ArcPy) for geospatial tasks.
• Assess terrain impact on operations and support strategic decisions.
• Identify information gaps and define requirements for priority intel questions.
• Synthesize Multi-INT data (SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT) into products.
• Use Analyst Notebook for link analysis when needed.

Job description

Work Location

Either Joint Base Anacostia-Bowling, Reston, VA or Charlottesville, VA

Clearance Requirement

Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills, writing, and briefing
• Experience using industry-standard platforms (e.g., ArcGIS Pro, QGIS) for map creation, editing, and data management
• Experience creating cartographic products with multi-INT data
• Knowledge interacting with government customers and military personnel
• Knowledge of the DoD, IC, or Combatant Command environments
• Proficiency in Python (ArcPy) for automating geospatial workflows
• Understanding of military geography and how terrain impacts operational planning and movement
• Experience supporting strategic decision-making within the IC or in Combatant Command environments
• Ability to identify information gaps and develop requirements to answer priority intelligence requirements
• Experience synthesizing Multi-INT data into products, including SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, and OSINT
• Experience with link analysis tools like Analyst Notebook

Qualifications

Related Experience:

• At least 10 years of experience analyzing geospatial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• At least 10 years of experience with imagery exploitation and interpreting satellite imagery to support intelligence requirements
• At least 10 years of experience applying ICD-203 and 206 tradecraft standards to geospatial products
• Demonstrated experience conducting spatial pattern analysis and generating high-quality geospatial visualizations for senior decision-makers
• Proven track record of collaborating with multi-disciplinary intelligence teams to integrate GEOINT into broader analytical assessments
• Experience with DoD/IC remote sensing tools and techniques to extract intelligence
• Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems, Geography or Geospatial System OR 6 years of military experience in a related field
