Job summary

CobbFendley is seeking a Geospatial Senior Field Technician for our Austin, San Antonio, and San Marcos offices. The role requires the candidate to conduct Topographic, Boundary, and Easement surveys, lead field crews, and ensure data integrity across projects.

Proficiency in field operations and safety is essential. Applicants should have 10+ years of field experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel locally and regionally, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma, GED, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and experience required.
• 10+ years of Field experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Topographic, Boundary, and Easement surveys and lead field crews.
• Safely operate required equipment and travel locally, regionally, and interstate with overnight stays.
• Coordinate with project managers and internal teams to ensure data quality and project success.
• Develop procedures and safety initiatives in field operations.
• Maintain field data, navigate varied terrain, and communicate with clients/property owners.
