Job summary

B&A is seeking a Senior Exploitation Specialist / Data Scientist to support NGA mission operations at NGA St. Louis (N2W) in Saint Louis, MO. The role focuses on turning large geospatial and intelligence data into analytic products, workflows, and decision-support tools.

The position is senior-level; you will lead tasks, provide guidance, and collaborate with NGA and IC analysts to deliver synthesized analysis. A TS clearance is required and experience with Python is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in intelligence or data science.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to operate at a senior level and work independently.
• Experience transforming large datasets into analytic products.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable processes for large and complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Script at a senior level in Python to build mission-ready solutions.
• Translate analytic discoveries into visualizations for daily operations.
• Provide senior-level direction and QA over lower-level personnel and collaborate across NGA and IC analysts.
• Manage multiple projects and solutions in a high-tempo environment.
