Job summary

B&A is seeking a Senior Exploitation Specialist / Data Scientist to support a federal government client. The role focuses on transforming geospatial and intelligence data into analytic products, automated workflows, and decision-support tools in a high-tempo NGA environment.

The Senior is expected to lead, define tasks, and provide technical direction, coordinating with NGA and IC analysts to deliver integrated analyses with impact.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in exploitation or data science relevant to intelligence missions.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Clearance: Active TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable processes for large datasets to identify trends, insights, and analytics.
• Script at a senior level in Python to build mission-ready solutions (other languages/tools are a plus).
• Translate analytic discoveries into visualizations integrated into daily operations.
• Provide analysis and data science support for the intelligence mission.
• Operate in a high-tempo environment, managing multiple projects across stages of implementation.
• Provide senior-level direction, QA and cross-team collaboration across NGA/IC analysts.
