Bart & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Exploitation Specialist / Data Scientist to support NGA mission operations at NGA St. Louis, MO.

The role focuses on transforming large geospatial and intelligence data into mission‑ready analytic products, automated workflows, and decision‑advantage tools. The position requires 10+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and expertise in Python scripting, data visualization, and geospatial data analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience providing analysis and/or data science directly supporting an intelligence mission.
• Ability to operate at a senior level and in an independent environment.
• Proficiency in creating processes around large data sets to identify analytical discoveries.
• Demonstrated proficiency designing and implementing scalable processes for large and complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and analytical discoveries.
• Ability to script at a senior level in Python (other languages and low‑code/no‑code programs such as JEMA, Brewlytics, or ArcGIS Model Builder are valuable, but Python is required).
• Ability to deliver analytic discoveries through visualizations integrated into daily operations.
• Experience operating in a high‑tempo environment managing multiple projects across stages of implementation.
• Familiarity with Intelligence Community data repositories.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, repeatable processes for large and complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and analytic discoveries.
• Script at a senior level in Python to build mission‑ready solutions; other languages/tools are a plus.
• Translate analytic discoveries into visualizations easily integrated into daily operations.
• Provide analysis and/or data science directly supporting the intelligence mission.
• Operate in a high‑tempo environment, managing multiple projects across stages of implementation.
• Provide senior‑level direction and QA over junior staff; collaborate with NGA and IC analysts to deliver synthesized analysis.
