Job summary

B&A is seeking a Senior Exploitation Specialist (Data Scientist) to join NGA St. Louis (N2W) on a contract for a mission-critical program. The role focuses on transforming geospatial and intelligence data into analytic products, automated workflows, and decision-support tools.

The successful candidate will lead, define tasks, and provide direction to junior staff, delivering synthesized analysis across the IC with independence and senior-level judgment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing analysis and/or data science support to an intelligence mission.
• Ability to operate at a senior level with independence.
• Proficiency building scalable data processes for large datasets.
• Python programming required; familiarity with other tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, repeatable data processes for large datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Develop mission-ready Python solutions and visualizations for daily operations.
• Translate analytic discoveries into actionable reports and dashboards.
• Lead multi-project work across NGA and IC analysts with quality control.
