Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geophysics, Geosciences, Engineering, GIS, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in geospatial analysis, geosciences, engineering, renewable energy, or related field.
• Experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online/Portal, and ESRI geospatial workflows.
• Ability to travel occasionally as business needs require.
• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Conduct geospatial, geological, and site suitability analyses to support geothermal project development, routing, and siting activities.
• Compile, evaluate, and synthesize environmental, geophysical, and publicly available datasets to identify project opportunities, constraints, and risks.
• Support site characterization through analysis of geological, geophysical, thermal, seismic, geochemical, and related datasets.
• Develop maps, GIS products, technical memorandums, presentations, and other deliverables for project decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering, development, permitting, environmental, and project management teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize ArcGIS and related tools to perform spatial analyses, manage data, and support project workflows.
• Maintain geospatial data quality, governance, and document management standards.
• Support consultant and contractor management activities, including scopes of work, technical docs, RFPs, and contract exhibits.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate findings to stakeholders and management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including evaluating new tools, technologies, workflows.
• Assist with permitting, development, and electrical interconnection activities as needed.
• Support project execution through research, documentation, data organization, and cross-functional coordination.
