Job summary

TriSearch is supporting a confidential client in the geothermal sector. We seek a Senior Geophysicist to drive geophysical evaluations for enhanced geothermal systems (EGS) and support exploration, development, and operations.

You will design surveys, integrate seismic and MT data, and collaborate with geologists, engineers, and reservoir specialists to optimize drilling campaigns and asset performance.

Qualifications

• Must have MS or Engineering in a relevant subject; PhD advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years in geophysics or related fields.
• Experience in geophysical surveys and seismic data analysis required.
• Experience integrating active and passive seismic data with subsurface models.
• Experience interpreting seismic, MT, gravity, and magnetic surveys.

Responsibilities

• Develop geophysical evaluations to support exploration and development of EGS.
• Design and oversee geophysical surveys (seismic, MT, gravity, magnetics).
• Interpret 2D/3D seismic data and integrate with logs for models.
• Lead data management and QA/QC of geophysical datasets.
• Mentor and train staff; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
