Job summary

TriSearch is seeking a Senior Geologist to advance upgraded subsurface understanding for Enhanced Geothermal Systems (EGS). This role leads geologic evaluations, works with a multi‑disciplinary team, and drives exploration through to development stages.

Ideal candidates have an MS in geology or engineering, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong skills in seismic integration, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration. On‑site Colorado position with frequent field work.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in geology or engineering; PhD advantageous.
• 5+ years in geology, preferably in geothermal or subsurface.
• Experience planning horizontal wells and seismic integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead geologic evaluations for EGS exploration and development.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to advance projects.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations with accuracy.
• Oversee data management and model updates for prospects.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate consultant work.
• Support drilling, reservoir testing, and development plans.
