Job summary

McKim & Creed, Inc. seeks a Senior Survey Project Manager to drive new business and serve as a primary contact with major clients. Extensive geomatics knowledge and the ability to see projects through from initiation to completion are essential.

You will lead project teams, support proposals, manage budgets and client satisfaction, and mentor staff while staying active in professional organizations. NC licensure is required for this role.

Qualifications

• North Carolina PLS licensure is required.
• 10+ years of geomatics experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and CAD.
• Strong leadership, team building and communication abilities.
• Understanding of the consulting business including finance, IT and HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a project team on complex surveys from start to finish.
• Support business development and lead proposal preparation.
• Balance workload and resources efficiently.
• Develop and maintain client relationships as the main client contact.
• Negotiate challenging issues with good judgment and technical insight.
