Job summary
The Sanborn Map Company is seeking a Geomatics Engineer to provide technical expertise in processing, analysis, modeling and review of geospatial data. - 5+ years of experience in geospatial data processing and analysis including airborne topographic lidar, aerial imagery.
- Advanced understanding of lidar, remote sensing, and GIS principles.
Responsibilities
- Provides technical expertise in processing and analysis of geospatial data from airborne topographic, mobile and terrestrial lidar, aerial imagery to produce derivative products.
- Troubleshoots issues related to the processing of geospatial data to support production activities.
- Supports development and automation of processes and workflows for lidar, imagery, and GIS production pipelines.
