The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience, California registration, and hands-on drilling and aquifer testing skills. Direct hire, on-site in Irvine, CA, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of related work experience.
• Master's degree or higher in Geology or Geologic Engineering.
• California Geologist PG, CEG, or CHG registration.
• Extensive fieldwork with drilling and aquifer testing.
• Ability to travel and perform fieldwork.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to regional multi-disciplined projects.
• Develop and implement technical approaches for site characterization activities.
• Prepare written proposals, manage project budgets, and communicate with project managers.
• Provide technical training and support to associate staff to ensure field tasks are completed precisely.
• Disposition of non-conforming products per engineering training matrix.
