Qualifications

• Managing small to regional multi-disciplined projects.
• Preparing written proposals and managing project budgets.
• Providing technical training and support to staff.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing technical approaches for site characterization activities.
• Communicating with project managers, clients, and regulators.
• Performing fieldwork and managing projects subject to regulatory review.

Skills

Professional registration in California as a Geologist (PG)

8 to 15 years of relevant work experience

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification

Knowledge of California and Federal environmental regulations

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Geology or similar
