Job summary

Iftechs is seeking a GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst at Expert level in Springfield, VA. The role requires TS/SCI with a polygraph and extensive experience across GEOINT TCPED, data sensemaking, and multi-intelligence strategies.

The candidate will collaborate with customers and data providers to develop comprehensive collection strategies, manage cross-location programs, and leverage GIMS for GEOINT workflows. A strong background in overhead sensor knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in TCPED of GEOINT data and support to real-time collections.
• 7+ years in multi-source data sensemaking and metrics for model output reliability.
• Exposure to overhead sensors and automated collection strategies.
• Experience in program management across geographically separated locations.
• Familiarity with NSG focus areas, NSG/IC tools for GEOINT collection and visualization.
• Ability to collaborate with customers and source providers on multi-intelligence strategies.
• Knowledge of GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS).
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph; HS diploma or GED.

Overview

GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst - Expert / Springfield, VA

Clearance Level - TS/SCI

(Must be able to obtain CI Poly after hire)

Schedule: Shift 1

Qualifications

• 10+ yrs experience with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT data including support to real-time and activity-based collection
• 7+ years experience managing large multi-source data sensemaking, assessing metrics associated with model output confidence/reliability, developing automated collection strategies, and working with data scientists
• Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors and capabilities with exposure to automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies which derive insights from temporal and spatial data sets
• Experience with multi-tasking for day-to-day operations within a program management and professional environment in several geographically separated locations
• Experience with NSG focus areas and collection management structures, including NSG/IC collaborative tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualization
• Ability to collaborate with customers and source providers to develop comprehensive multi-intelligence, multi-source strategies to address complex or unusual intelligence problems
• Ability to support research phase of Information Need development and understand impacts of phenomenology on tasking of traditional and non-traditional GEOINT
• Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), reflecting knowledge of the GEOINT Community, its focus areas, and its collection management structures
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED
