Job summary

Xcellent Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Source Throughput Analyst to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).

You will apply sensor knowledge to enhance collection methodologies, manage large GEOINT data sets for real-time and activity-based collection, and synchronize mission requirements to improve efficiency and accuracy. Qualified candidates will have a Master’s or Bachelor’s with GEOINT experience, 5+ years in TCPED, and active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s with years of GEOINT experience and TS/SCI clearance.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a CI Polygraph exam.
• 5+ years of TCPED GEOINT data experience including real-time/ABI collection.
• 5+ years managing large multi-source data for metrics and automated collection strategies.
• Knowledge of traditional and emerging overhead sensors and automated collection strategies.
• Ability to build mission relationships across NGA/IC/DoD and with NRO stakeholders.
• Experience with NSG focus areas and NSG/IC GEOINT tools.
• Synchronize mission requirements to optimize GEOINT sources.

Source Throughput Analyst (National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency)

How imagery is collected and presented to analysts is at the core of maintaining a standard of consistency and diligence toward building out critical mission sets striving for delivering actionable intelligence that results in mission accomplishment and the security of our troops abroad.

As a Source Throughput Analyst supporting the Source Persistence Office, you will be joining XTS's mission-ready, efficient, and collaborative team supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). In this role, you will be applying your knowledge of established and emerging sensor technologies to enhance collection methodologies, manage large mission data sets supporting real-time and activity-based GEOINT collection, and synchronizing mission requirements for greater efficiency and analysis accuracy

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, the desired candidate must demonstrate:

• Master’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience
  • 10 years of relevant experience may be demonstrated in lieu of degree
• Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a CI Polygraph exam
• At least 5 years of experience with Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT data
  • Includes real-time and Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) collection
• At least 5 years managing large multi-source data for assessing metrics associated with reliable model output, developing automated collection strategies, and collaborating with data scientists
• Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors and capabilities with exposure to automated collection strategies.
• Ability to develop and sustain mission relationships across NGA, IC, and DoW and build relationships with NRO stakeholders
• Experience with NSG focus areas and collection management structures
  • Experience with NSG/IC tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualization
  • Ability to help synchronize mission requirements to prevent redundancies, identify conflicts, and review priorities for tasking of traditional and non-traditional GEOINT sources

Desired Skills

• Experience with turning intelligence capabilities and workflows into learning objectives for training audiences
  • Includes experience providing feedback to assist with development of training materials
• GPC-F Certified
• Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS)
• Experience with research, evaluation, and documentation of unique and non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities
• Operational experience with vector data

Salary Range: $80K-90K/annually
