Job summary

Technology On Time, Inc. (TnT) is seeking a Senior Systems Integrator/Engineer to join a long-running national security program supporting the geospatial intelligence enterprise in Springfield, VA. You will work with government engineers and stakeholders to modernize across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to pass an additional polygraph. This is a direct W-2 position with TnT, serving IC and DoD customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related STEM field; 4 years with no degree, 2 years with non-STEM degree.
• Senior-level systems integration/engineering experience (12+ years) in government or industry with large, complex systems.
• Experience across the systems engineering lifecycle from requirements through deployment and sustainment.
• Experience in DoD/IC acquisition, requirements, PPBES, or enterprise systems engineering.
• Data engineering and architecture experience supporting intelligence mission needs.
• Experience advising technical and mission stakeholders to advance objectives.
• Experience writing CONOPS or interface docs for a non-technical audience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to pass an additional polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems integration activities across GEOINT enterprise and partner federal agencies to ensure mission delivery.
• Oversee a total systems perspective spanning cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Prepare engineering plans, interface control Documentation, and site installation designs.
• Guide mid- and junior-level Systems Integrators and Systems Engineers.
• Engage government stakeholders to identify and refine mission requirements.
• Apply GEOINT knowledge to establish and maintain data standards across programs.
• Identify cross-project dependencies to advance modernization goals.
• Develop system/ service architectures across program plans and roadmaps.
• Evaluate new technologies with measurable criteria to inform decisions.
• Support AoAs and provide data-driven Go/No-Go inputs.
• Conduct user outreach to communicate planned architecture changes and status.
