Job summary

Ennoble First is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support an Intelligence Community customer in Gaithersburg, MD, covering the full systems engineering lifecycle from requirements and architecture through integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment.

The candidate should have extensive GEOINT experience, strong systems engineering knowledge, and familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, and security requirements across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM; 8–12 years of experience, or Master's with 6–10 years.
• 8+ years of professional systems engineering experience.
• Experience with GEOINT storage, discovery, dissemination, and exploitation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities across the full system lifecycle from requirements to sustainment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Agile teams to refine features based on mission needs.
• Develop and maintain system architectures, interfaces, and CONOPS.
