Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of systems engineering on complex software-intensive systems.
• TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph.
• Experience with requirements management, interface definition, and V&V.
• Experience supporting Government programs through engineering reviews and baselines.
• Strong technical writing and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis, decomposition and traceability from mission needs to delivered capability.
• Define and manage system interfaces and cross-system dependencies.
• Develop and maintain system design documentation and technical baselines.
• Lead verification and validation planning and support test execution across releases.
• Coordinate activities with Government engineers, delivery teams, and external programs; mentor junior engineers.
