Job summary

TRIAEM LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to support a high-visibility NGA program in Springfield, VA or Chantilly, VA. The role requires leading enterprise GEOINT solutions, mentoring engineers, and guiding requirements engineering across complex environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related technical/scientific discipline.
12+ years of experience supporting government or industry programs in DoD/IC environments.
Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.

Responsibilities

Guide technical teams in planning, design, integration, and evolution of enterprise GEOINT systems.
Lead requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, resiliency, and system analysis efforts.
Translate mission needs into technical capabilities and system solutions.
Perform requirements analysis, traceability, and allocation across architectures and programs.
Support cloud service evaluations and scheduling optimization.
Develop solution designs based on mission needs and emerging technologies.
Conduct systems integration across multiple organizations and agencies.
Lead analyses such as AoAs and CoAs; support government stakeholders with planning and risk management.
