Job summary

ANSER seeks an Expert Systems Architect to lead enterprise-scale solution architectures across cloud, hybrid, and on‑premises environments within NSG/ASG contexts. You will guide architecture decisions, ensure governance, and oversee architecture teams to deliver mission-aligned solutions.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, extensive DoDAF experience, and a track record shaping enterprise-wide architectural direction for complex government programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, or related STEM field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 18+ years of experience in government or industry supporting Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, DoDAF, or IC PAG.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Senior-, Mid-, and Junior-level Systems Architect personnel supporting enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Direct the design, development, maintenance, and documentation of solution architectures aligned to enterprise architecture and mission requirements.
• Ensure architecture artifacts maintain traceability to enterprise architecture frameworks and governance standards.
• Analyze user requirements, system capabilities, workflows, and constraints to improve design and performance.
• Guide modernization of existing systems, applications, and infrastructure services.
• Develop and oversee solution architecture designs across applications, APIs, data services, platform services, and cloud environments.
• Advise Government stakeholders on architecture strategy, modernization, and enterprise alignment.
• Coordinate architecture activities across multiple programs and mission stakeholders.
