Job summary

Mission Intelligence Group is seeking a Senior-Level Systems Engineer to design, integrate, and evolve GEOINT capabilities for NSG/ASG and partner agencies. You will provide technical leadership across the full SE lifecycle and translate mission needs into actionable, enterprise-scale solutions.

You will guide requirements, integration, testing, and sustainment, collaborating with government stakeholders to deliver reliable GEOINT outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field including Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, OR related STEM disciplines.
Equivalent experience may substitute: 4 years for degree, or 2 years with a non-STEM degree.
12+ years supporting government or industry programs in DoD/IC acquisition, requirements, PPBES, and large system-of-systems environments.
Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle.
TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI eligibility and polygraph.
Knowledge of NSG/ASG/NRO environments; NGA/NSG/ASG program exposure.
Experience in IC or DoD programs.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor mid-level and junior systems engineers across multiple disciplines.
Guide requirements engineering, solution development, integration, testing, evaluation, and sustainment activities.
Analyze and maintain traceability between requirements, architectures, and solutions.
Assess cloud service capabilities and schedules to improve mission effectiveness.
Develop solution designs based on mission requirements and emerging technologies.
Translate mission needs into system and capability requirements.
Support requirements allocation across architectures and programs.
Perform and oversee systems integration activities.
Conduct AoAs, CoAs, trade studies and engineering assessments.
Support strategic planning, project management, and risk management efforts.
Integrate multiple systems and interfaces across major programs and boundaries.
