Job summary

Mission Intelligence Group is seeking a Senior-Level Systems Integrator to lead and oversee integration efforts across GEOINT systems‑of‑systems for NSG, ASG, and Federal partners. The role requires technical leadership and guidance across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments to deliver reliable GEOINT capabilities.

You will mentor mid‑ and junior engineers, drive engineering plans, and ensure processes and best practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM fields or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of systems integration experience in government or industry.
• Experience with cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructures.
• TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain SCI and polygraph.
• Experience with NGA/NSG/ASG programs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee systems integration activities across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to ensure GEOINT delivery.
• Provide technical leadership for planning, implementing, testing, and sustaining integrated solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Oversee total systems perspective including dependencies, relationships and requirements across environments.
• Mentor mid- and junior-level Systems Integrators.
• Ensure integration approaches follow defined processes, tools, and best practices.
• Assist in overseeing engineering plans and site installation technical design packages.
