Job summary

XTS is seeking a Senior GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst to shape how GEOINT collection supports complex intelligence missions. You will help build, refine, and improve multi-source collection strategies across the TCPED lifecycle, including real-time collection and information need development to meet mission objectives.

You’ll collaborate with the NGA and broader Intelligence Community, leveraging GIMS knowledge and traditional/emerging collection capabilities to optimize sources and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s with extensive GEOINT experience as specified.
• Experience with multi-source GEOINT and TCPED lifecycle.
• Knowledge of overhead collection capabilities and sources.
• Experience with information need development and phenomenology effects.

Responsibilities

• Support TCPED lifecycle including real-time and activity-based collection.
• Develop and refine multi-source GEOINT collection strategies.
• Evaluate collection effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Research intelligence requirements and phenomenology impacts on collection planning.
• Coordinate across NGA collection management structures and IC partners.
