Job summary

Geo Owl seeks a senior/expert GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst to help government customers develop and execute GEOINT source strategies across traditional and emerging collection capabilities. You will work with data scientists and mission partners to improve TCPED processes and enable multi-intelligence solutions for complex intelligence problems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of traditional and emerging overhead sensors and GEOINT collection capabilities.
• Experience with automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies that derive insights from temporal and spatial datasets.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a program management or professional environment across geographically separated locations.
• Experience with NSG focus areas and GEOINT collection management structures.
• Experience using NSG/IC collaborative tools for GEOINT collection, production and visualization.
• Ability to collaborate with customers and source providers to develop comprehensive multi-intelligence and multi-source strategies.
• Ability to support the research phase of Information Need development and understand the impact of phenomenology on traditional and non-traditional GEOINT tasking.
• Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) and knowledge of the GEOINT community and collection management structures.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Support the TCPED lifecycle for GEOINT data, including real-time collection.
• Manage and analyze large, multi-source datasets to support mission sensemaking and strategy development.
• Assess metrics for model output confidence, reliability, and performance.
• Develop automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies using temporal and spatial data.
• Collaborate with data scientists and mission partners to evaluate and improve collection strategies.
• Apply knowledge of overhead sensors and GEOINT collection capabilities.
• Coordinate mission activities across geographically separated teams.
• Utilize NSG/IC tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualization.
• Support the research phase of Information Need development.
• Understand the impact of sensor phenomenology on GEOINT tasking.
• Apply GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) knowledge.
