Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with TCPED of GEOINT data, including real-time collection.
• 5+ years managing large multi-source data sensemaking and developing automated collection strategies.
• Knowledge of overhead sensors and capabilities, including inference methodologies.
• Experience with multi-location program management and NSG tools.

Responsibilities

• Support real-time and activity-based GEOINT TCPED collection efforts.
• Manage large multi-source data sensemaking and assess metrics for model output confidence.
• Develop automated collection strategies with data scientists.
• Collaborate with customers and source providers to create multi-intelligence, multi-source strategies.
• Support research phases of information need development and assess phenomenology impacts.
• Utilize GIMS and NSG framework collection management tools.
• Contribute to evaluation and documentation of non-traditional sensor capabilities.
• Provide feedback to assist with training materials and procedures.
• Support day-to-day multi-site operations.
