Job summary

PotomacWave is seeking a Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Departmental Requirements Officer (DRO) to support a Federal client in Washington, DC. The role centers on planning and executing integrated GEOINT collection campaigns using national and theater assets for nuclear and energy-related targets worldwide.

The DRO will coordinate GEOINT requirements, develop collection strategies, and collaborate with IC members to enhance reporting and decision making. A TS or DOE Q clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of GEOINT collection management/analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of GEOINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination.
• Experience with GIMS and GEOINT NTM systems.
• Knowledge of national/theater collection platforms and ISR integration.
• Knowledge of domestic imagery and coalition partner processes.
• Ability to develop and present collection strategies.
• Experience with GEOINT collection requirements and reporting.
• Active TS clearance or DOE Q clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and submit GEOINT collection requirements.
• Provide expert GEOINT collection management and requirements analysis.
• Develop and present intelligence collection management strategies.
• Coordinate client GEOINT requirements across the IC.
• Participate in reviews of current tools, processes, tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Use GEOINT databases and query tools to develop reports.
• Populate and update GEOINT databases and web pages.
• Monitor intelligence on specified targets.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the IC.
