Job summary

PotomacWave is seeking a Departmental Requirements Officer (DRO) to support a Federal client in Washington, DC. The role focuses on planning and organizing integrated GEOINT collection campaigns against nuclear and energy-related targets worldwide, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of collection requirement managers.

The candidate should have a strong GEOINT background, extensive experience with collection requirements, and be prepared to work with national and theater assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience, or three (3) years with a related master’s degree, in GEOINT collection requirements or operations management.
• Experience with NIPF/NDAs and collection directives is required.
• Knowledge of US person reporting issues and collection planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide GEOINT collection management and requirements analysis on assigned target areas.
• Plan and organize GEOINT collection requirements efforts using complex campaigns.
• Submit GEOINT requirements via national level systems.
• Collaborate with national IC partners and cross-Agency teams.
• Develop and present collection requirement strategies and approaches.
