Job summary

PotomacWave is seeking a Departmental Requirements Officer (DRO) to support a Federal client in Washington, DC. The role focuses on planning and organizing GEOINT collection requirement strategies using national and theater assets to address nuclear and energy-related targets worldwide.

The DRO will work with a team of collection requirement managers to develop multi-discipline strategies, write and submit collection requirements, and build strong relationships with national partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in GEOINT/collection requirements, or three (3) years with a related master’s degree.
• Active DOE Q or Top-Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GEOINT collection management and requirements analysis.
• Plan GEOINT collection requirements campaigns against priority targets worldwide.
• Submit GEOINT requirements via national level systems.
• Collaborate with interagency collection requirement managers.
• Develop and present collection requirement strategies and approaches.
