PotomacWave Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Geospatial Intelligence Departmental Requirements Officer to support a Federal client in Washington, DC.

The role focuses on planning and organizing integrated GEOINT collection strategies across national and theater assets against critical targets. You will write and review collection requirements, manage GEOINT tools and databases, coordinate with the IC, and ensure compliant collection campaigns.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in GEOINT collection management/analysis at national or strategic level.
• Strong knowledge of GEOINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination.
• Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) and NTM/collection systems.
• Knowledge of theater and national intelligence collection platforms and ISR integration.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and submit GEOINT collection requirements in support of analysts.
• Provide expert GEOINT collection management and requirements analysis on target areas.
• Develop and present intelligence collection management strategies and approaches.
• Coordinate client GEOINT requirements within subcommittee structures.
• Participate in reviews of tools, processes, tactics, and procedures.
• Use GEOINT databases and query tools to develop reports.
• Populate and update national and local GEOINT databases and pages.
• Conduct strategic collection planning and assess collection effectiveness.
• Write, review, and submit GEOINT collection requirements.
• Monitor current intelligence of specified targets.
