Job summary

SOS International LLC seeks a Program Manager to oversee GEOINT exploitation, analysis, reporting, and SAP activities for an Intelligence customer. The role includes strategic planning, resource management, and serving as the primary liaison between the contractor and government stakeholders to support GEOINT operations worldwide.

The position requires active TS/SCI clearance, a BA/BS in a related field, and extensive DoD program management experience.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance required.
15+ years of management experience on US Army/DoD programs.
10 years of supervisory experience on intelligence programs.
PM Professional Certification or equivalent.
Expert knowledge of intelligence cycle and analysis processes.
Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight and admin control of the contract workforce and liaison with government stakeholders.
Lead task planning, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation.
Ensure timely submission of reports (staffing, invoicing, metrics) and data access.
Plan and deliver tasks aligning with government priorities, budgets, and timelines.
Provide strategic planning and proactive support to address emerging needs.
