Job summary

SOSi seeks a Deputy Program Manager to oversee GEOINT exploitation, analysis, and reporting across AGI, FSG, SAP, and related sub-disciplines. The role supports Army GEOINT operations with program execution, staffing, and oversight to ensure timely, compliant deliverables.

The position is based at Fort Gordon, GA, requiring TS/SCI clearance and PMP certification. Expect coordination with government stakeholders and mission partners on multinational operations.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 15 years of management experience, including 10 years supervising DoD/Army programs.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of the intelligence cycle and analysis.
• Familiarity with intelligence oversight and security guidelines.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in leading GEOINT exploitation, analysis, and reporting (AGI, FSG, SAP, SAR, TIR, EO, MTI, FMV, WAPS, OPIR, LiDAR).
• Oversee daily contract operations, staffing, linguist deployment, and performance metrics to ensure quality, timeliness, and security.
• Act as acting Program Manager when needed, communicating with Government stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Lead workforce management including recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR coordination to meet mission requirements.
• Monitor progress and maintain records aligned with the Quality Control Plan and security requirements.
