Job summary

SOSi seeks a Mission Lead to serve as the on-site liaison between Government leadership and the contract GEOINT workforce. You will provide technical, analytical, and operational oversight across Advanced GEOINT and Full Spectrum GEOINT, supervising contract analysts and ensuring task execution aligns with mission priorities.

The role requires directing day-to-day mission activities, mentoring analysts, coordinating shifts, and escalating recommendations to leadership to drive operational

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience supervising GEOINT analysts and coordinating contract operations.
• Strong written, oral communication, research, and analytic skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site liaison between Government leadership and GEOINT workforce.
• Oversee mission execution across AGI, FSG and related sub-disciplines.
• Mentor contractor analysts and ensure quality control of GEOINT products.
• Coordinate shift operations, resource allocation, and workload distribution.
• Provide feedback to Program Manager and Deputy PM for operational excellence.
