Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/geotechnical/geological engineering or related field (required)
• Advanced degree in same (preferred)
• P.E. registration (required)
• 8+ years (10+ preferred) of geoenvironmental engineering or related experience
• Strong leadership, business development, and client-relations capabilities
• Experience with landfills, remediation sites, and regulatory frameworks

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex geoenvironmental and remediation projects, including landfills and remediation sites.
• Provide strategic technical guidance and responsive client support.
• Drive business development and client relationship management for practice growth.
• Oversee project execution from investigation through design, construction, and post-closure monitoring.
• Mentor staff and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in planning, design, and permitting.
• Travel to client sites and office locations as needed for field investigations and client meetings.
