Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience analyzing NGS data (alignment, QC, variant calling) and building reproducible workflows.
• Proficiency in molecular biology techniques and sterile mammalian cell culture.
• BS+ with 4+ years in a relevant field; practical experience prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Characterization of edited samples using ultra-low-input NGS with multi-omics readouts.
• Develop and maintain reproducible computational analysis pipelines; QC and integration.
• Biological interpretation of high-dimensional NGS data and cross-species analyses.
• Safety/off-target profiling including genome-wide assessments and mosaicism quantification.
