Job summary

Western Midstream seeks an experienced Technical Security Advisor to join the Health, Safety, Environmental & Security organization in The Woodlands, Texas. This role provides day-to-day administration and lifecycle management for enterprise physical security systems at The Woodlands headquarters and across Western Midstream assets.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise physical security systems and security technology.
• Strong knowledge of Genetec Security Center Enterprise, including Synergis/Omnicast.
• Experience with Axis and Mercury hardware platforms and related readers.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, program, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise physical security systems including Genetec modules.
• Provide lifecycle support for video surveillance, access control, alarm monitoring, intercoms, and emergency notification systems.
• Design high-availability security system infrastructure including servers, databases, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Plan, manage, and execute technical security projects from scope through turnover.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Engineering and vendors to ensure reliable system operation.
