Job summary

GEICO is seeking a senior/lead software engineer to drive AI-powered product development and agentic workflows, automating business processes and improving customer experiences. The role requires crafting scalable production systems and mentoring peers in AI and LLM implementations.

You will collaborate across teams to implement Generative AI, LLMs, and distributed architectures, ensuring robust, maintainable solutions. Strong Python expertise and modern AI frameworks are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years of software engineering experience with at least one year of production experience with Generative AI or LLMs.
• Must be proficient in Python and modern AI frameworks with a strong background in distributed systems and scalable architecture.
