Job summary

CI&T seeks a skilled Software Developer to integrate generative AI into client products. You will design scalable backend with Python and contribute to architecture decisions, collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication in English is essential for daily interactions with clients.

You will work on AI-enabled features, leveraging LLMs, RAG, and related stacks, while ensuring code quality and thorough documentation across backend services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in development using Python, C# or Java.
• Proven experience in backend architecture design and implementation.
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies and their application in product development.

Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable backend architecture using Python.
• Generative AI Integration: Leverage generative AI technologies to enhance client products, providing innovative solutions and tools.
• Knowledge on Generative AI technical stacks and strategies (LLMs, RAG, Fine Tuning, Chain of Thought) and embedding them into client products.
• Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
• Code Quality: Ensure maintainability, readability, and performance via best practices and code reviews.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for backend services and AI integrations.
