Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development with Python.
• 2+ years delivering LLM-based solutions in production.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and/or OpenAI API.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph and production RAG systems.
• Strong FastAPI, asynchronous programming and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services powered by LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Turn AI prototypes into robust, production-ready systems.
• Ensure reliability, scalability and observability of AI-driven services.
• Collaborate on deployment and monitoring in enterprise cloud environments.
