Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, application development, or related technology disciplines.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Strong experience with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI development frameworks.
• Experience building RAG solutions, AI agents, conversational AI applications, and intelligent automation platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML development libraries and frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI services with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and cloud-based platforms.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, prompt engineering, and AI application lifecycle management.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions that address complex business requirements.
• Build and optimize Large Language Model (LLM)-powered applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and conversational AI platforms.
• Develop document intelligence and information extraction solutions that process structured and unstructured data sources.
• Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and production-ready applications.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI model performance, scalability, reliability, and accuracy.
• Contribute to AI solution architecture, best practices, governance standards, and responsible AI implementation.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, industry trends, and innovation opportunities.
