Jobot is seeking an experienced General Superintendent in El Paso, TX to lead field operations on water and wastewater projects. You will mentor field teams, drive safety and quality, and collaborate with project managers to improve constructability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a self-perform environment, building water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Ground-floor opportunity to shape field culture and mentor teams.
• Ability to lead complex, meaningful projects that impact local communities.

Responsibilities

• Direct all field operations on major water/wastewater treatment and pump station projects.
• Oversee and mentor field leadership, including Superintendents and Foremen.
• Partner with Project Managers and Estimators to improve constructability and efficiency.
• Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance at every phase.
• Communicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
