Ladders is seeking a General Manager - One World Observatory to lead a premier visitor destination in New York City. You will own the P&L, drive attendance, revenue, and guest experience while aligning with internal teams and external stakeholders.

In this high-profile role you will set financial targets, oversee operations and partner with unions and agencies to ensure a safe, compelling, and commercially successful attraction.

Formación

• 7+ years of senior leadership experience in attractions, tourism, hospitality, or high-volume consumer-facing businesses.
• Proven track record of managing multi-facility operations with full P&L accountability.
• Strong commercial orientation with measurable success in revenue growth and attendance.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including unions and government agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and develop high-performing leaders.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to balance financial performance with guest experience and operational execution.

Responsabilidades

• Own the P&L and financial performance of the attraction and tenant amenity facilities.
• Develop strategies to increase attendance, ticket revenue, and overall profitability.
• Establish financial and operational targets, review results, and lead action plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain oversight of operating expenses while ensuring a strong guest experience.
• Lead the attraction to keep it compelling, commercially successful, and operationally sound.
• Serve as the senior relationship lead for key stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
