Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a General Manager for One World Observatory in New York. You will lead the on-site operations, drive financial performance, and manage tenant amenity facilities within a complex multi-party environment.

The role requires 7+ years of senior leadership within high-volume venues and a strong commercial mindset. You will oversee attendance growth, guest experience, labor relations, and cross-functional teams, ensuring safety, service quality, and profitability while

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive senior leadership experience in attractions, tourism, hospitality, entertainment, venue management, or another high-volume consumer-facing business.
• Demonstrated experience leading a complex, multi-facility operation with full P&L accountability and direct responsibility for measurable revenue growth.
• Experience leading effectively in a union environment, including practical knowledge of labor relations and collective bargaining concepts.
• Strong financial and analytical capability with the ability to translate business data into clear commercial and operating actions.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams and manage diverse stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L and overall financial performance for One World Observatory and tenant amenity facilities.
• Develop strategies to grow attendance, revenue, and per-capita spend across all facilities.
• Lead customer experience standards, safety, cleanliness, and operational execution.
• Manage multi-party relationships with clients, landlords, labor, and stakeholders to ensure aligned objectives.
• Provide executive oversight of operations at One World Observatory and related facilities.
