Responsibilities

• Leads a team providing operational expertise in contracted services with hands-on execution management.
• Manages client and community relationships at the location, assessing operations and developing plans for optimal service and satisfaction.
• Builds and leads a management team capable of carrying out organizational objectives.
• Recommends methods and resources for service improvement based on contract terms and needs.
• Partners with Finance to manage a budget and design improvements to boost financial performance.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and records.
• Ensures compliance with Aramark's operation standards and safety policies.
