Qualifications

• 10+ years in sponsorship sales or related B2B revenue role.
• Proven leadership of high-impact teams and revenue growth.
• Strong ability to manage executive university and partner relationships.
• Experience with marketing across traditional, digital, and experiential channels.
• Budgets, metrics, and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Learfield and the university’s Athletics Department, Athletic Director, and senior leadership, fostering trusted, strategic relationships.
• Lead the execution and optimization of the school’s multimedia rights agreement, ensuring alignment with institutional values and goals.
• Oversee a local team, providing direction and development opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth by setting strategy for sponsorship sales and multi-platform partnerships.
• Build and manage a portfolio of regional and national sponsors with long-term retention.
• Collaborate with university stakeholders and Learfield teams to deliver value-driven campaigns.
