Learfield is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a university sports property, acting as the primary liaison to the Athletics Department and driving the multimedia rights program.

You will oversee sponsorship strategy, revenue growth, and long‑term partner relationships while guiding a high‑performing team. Strong leadership, relationship management, and data‑driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in sponsorship sales, sports marketing, media rights, or related B2B role.
• Proven success leading high‑impact teams and driving revenue growth.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, including executive‑level contacts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Learfield and the university's Athletics Department.
• Lead the execution and optimization of the multimedia rights agreement.
• Oversee day‑to‑day property operations and sponsorship strategy.
• Build and manage a portfolio of sponsors, ensuring retention and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative, value‑driven campaigns.
• Own property‑level financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
