Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales, with accountable team execution.
• Recruit, hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store team members.
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards.
• Coach team members to deliver on customer expectations (DIY and Professional).
• Assume manager on duty duties including safety and open/close tasks.
• Lead change management and foster a diverse, respectful environment.
