Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to grow within the Commercial General Liability team. The role emphasizes a flexible hybrid model across multiple North American offices, including Omaha, NE.

You will handle complex multi-party claims with guidance on coverage interpretation, while collaborating with customers, vendors, and brokers to provide a superior claims experience. A strong background in claims and litigation management is required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with 2+ years of Claims/Litigation Management experience or
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in Claims/Litigation Management or
• High School Diploma Equivalent with 8+ years in Claims/Litigation Management or
• Zurich credentials with 6+ years in Claims/Litigation Management or completion of Zurich training

Responsibilities

• Handle multi-party commercial line claims of moderate to high exposure and complexity within authority limits.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, brokers, and internal teams to deliver a quality claims experience.
• Develop knowledge of protocols and best practices to ensure efficient, customer-centric claims handling.
