Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist for our Commercial General Liability team. This role supports a hybrid work model across multiple North American offices, including Addison, TX, with emphasis on coverage analysis and policy interpretation.

You will handle multi-party claims of moderate to high exposure, collaborate with customers, vendors, brokers, and internal partners, and grow your skills in litigation management, negotiation, and claims operations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with 2+ years of experience in Claims and/or Litigation Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of experience in Claims and/or Litigation Management.
• High School Diploma Equivalent with 8+ years of experience in Claims and/or Litigation Management.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and 6+ years in Claims and/or Litigation Management.
• Completion of Zurich Claims Training Program and 6+ years in Claims and/or Litigation Management.
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products.

Responsibilities

• Handle multi-party commercial line claims of moderate to high exposure and complexity.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, brokers to deliver quality claims experience.
• Develop knowledge of established protocols and industry best practices to ensure efficient resolution.
